This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Beerbahadur Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 89 of 2025, under Sections 69, 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Khukhundu, District Deoria. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 03.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that he on luring her established physical relationship with her.
