Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. 2. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Pradeep with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 401 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Sikandra, District- Agra during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal case in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from one case, the applicant has no criminal history. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry. The applicant is not a member of any gang. He is languishing in jail since 09.07.2025 and in case he is enlarged on bail he will not misuse
