This is the second bail application filed by the applicant. The first bail application filed by the present applicant was rejected by Hon'ble Pradeep Kumar Srivastava, J, vide order dated 03.02.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 48998 of 2021, a copy of which has been brought on record as Annexure-1 to the bail application. 3. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Banti, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 274 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 336, 302, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Dhampur, District- Bijnor. 4.
