This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Sunil Sonkar, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 58 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Kachhwa, District Mirzapur. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 03.06.2024 by Rajesh Pasi against the applicant alleging therein that his daughter aged about 16 years has run away with the applicant on 28.04.2024 at about 5 pm.
