Learned counsel for the State states that he has received instructions in the matter for which he had prayed and was granted time on 5.8.2025. 5. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 18.6.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that the applicant messaged her on Instagram but she did not reply the same.
