This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nanhe Shah, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 of I.P.C, Police Station Hafizgang, District Bareilly. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Chhota Shah Alias Tasabbar, Mohammad Shah & Munebbar Shah have already been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.07.2025, 16.07.2025 & 16.07.2026 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 22115 o
