This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Vishal, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 195 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Jahanabad, District Pilibhit. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 25.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant and 01 unknown girl alleging therein that since the last two years the applicant entangled her in love and on a false promise to marry established physical relationship with her. Around 07 months back he refused for marriage. On 02.08.2024 he then called her to Rudrapur and established physical relationship forcibly.
