This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Rashid, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 111 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 77, 75, 64 B.N.S., Police Station Shahpur, District Muzaffar Nagar. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 24.04.2025 by the victim against the applicant and six other persons alleging therein that from the year, 2021 to 2023, she was working in Jamiya Hamdard, Delhi. She met the applicant through an Instagram account, and while chatting with him, the applicant proposed marriage to her. Considering the facts to be in her favour, she accepted the said proposal. The
