Court No. - 67 HON'BLE SANJAY KUMAR SINGH, J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicants as well as learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants with a prayer to release them on bail in S.S.T. No. 647 of 2024, Case Crime No. 855 of 2023, under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Kannauj, District Kannauj during the pendency of trial. 3-It is argued by learned counsel for the applicants that according to the gang chart, both the applicants are said to have been involved in one case each, in which they have already been acquitted by the trial court, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure No. 4 to the bail application.
