This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant Aman, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 187 of 2025, under Section 64 BNS, registered at Police Station Hathras Kotwali, District Hathras. 4. The FIR of the matter was lodged on 30.05.2025 by Shubham Agrawal against the applicant alleging therein that on 30.05.2025 at about 11:30 pm his mother was sleeping in the house wherein the applicant came inside and tore her clothes and committed wrongful act with her.
