The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 484 of 2012, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Sahaswan, district Badaun, during the pendency of trial. 3. Brief facts of the case which are required to be stated are that:- 3.1. F.I.R. of this case was lodged against the applicant on 31.05.2012 under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster Act on the basis of three criminal cases being Case Crime No. 83 of 2012, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 I.P.C., Police Station Sahaswan, District Badaun, Case Crime No. 84 of 2012, under Section 3/5/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty A
