This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Geeta Devi, seeking enlargement on bail in Session Trial No. 1250 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 297 of 2018, under Sections 302, 120-B/34 I.P.C., Police Station Sahaswan, District Budaun.
