This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 161 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 103(1)/190, 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Pailani, District Banda. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 09.07.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that co-accused persons namely Anil Singh @ Kaju Singh, Chunubad Singh, Ashu Singh, Raju Singh, Pappu Singh have already been released on bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
