The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Ajay Alias Pappan for the offence punishable under Sections 418, 467, 468, 471, 120B of IPC & Section 3/9 of U.P. Public Examination (POUM) Act in Case Crime No.61 of 2024, Police Station- Shahpur, District Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Sri Pankaj Bharti, learned advocate appeared for the applicant and submits that the accused applicant has been falsely implicated in the case. The name of accused has been brought on record on the basis of statement of the co-accused and FIR has been lodged whereafter against five persons. The named accused Praveen @ Mintu Baliyan and Praveen Tomar have already been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. The charge sheet has been submitted against three persons though, all persons have been named in the FIR by the police personal, after preliminary inquiry. The matter pertains to leak of paper in the poli
