The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 202 of 2025, under Section 109(1) B.N.S. and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mundapandey, District Moradabad, during the pendency of trial. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that it is a case of police party firing, but there is no injury sustained by any police personnel, whereas co-accused Tufail alias Toufeeq and Raza Chaudhary have received injury in cross firing by the police.
