Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2-By means of this bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., applicant- Shivbalak, who is involved in Case Crime No.0086 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) of B.N.S. and Section 34 Aadhar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016, Police Station Itwa, District Siddharth Nagar seeks enlargement on bail during the pendency of trial. 3-As per prosecution case, F.I.R. was lodged on 28.05.2025 for the offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3) of B.N.S. and Section 34 Aadhar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 against four persons, namely, Firoz Alam, Shivbalak (applicant), Parvesh Yadav and Mohd. Javed. 4-It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that identically situated co-accused Firoze Aalam, has already been gr
