Heard Shri Surendra Mohan Mishra, learned counsel for the applicants, Shri Purushottam Maurya, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Nirahu @ Rajkumar and Shani, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 58 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Jogiya, District- Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 25.04.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Dhiraj and Sunnydewal have already been enlarged on bail by this Court on 20.08.2025 in Criminal Misc. B
