This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Deshraj Alias Jandail, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 312 of 2022, under Section 302/34, 504 IPC, Police Station Jareef Nagar, District Budaun. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.10.2022. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecution witness, namely, PW1 during his examination before the Trial Court has been declared hostile.
