The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Archana Yadav, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 180 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 61 (2), 238, 3 (5) BNS, Police Station- Sevrahi District- Kushi Nagar. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that son of the informant has been murdered by unknown person. It is further alleged in the F.I.R. that a quarrel of informant's family has been made with one Ravikant @ Shambhu, who had earlier threatened them to kill, therefore, the informant is convinced that Ravikant @ Shambhu has murdered his son. 4.
