It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that as per prosecution case, the complainant got a first information report lodged on 06.05.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 115(2) and 118(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sectin 3(2)(v) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act against Ankur Kashyap, Ankit, Ankur, Amar (applicant) and unknown person making general allegation of assault to him against all the accused persons by kicks and fists.
