The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Smt. Geeta Namdev, with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 566 of 2023, under Sections 394, 302, 411, 201, 34 IPC, Police Station- Baberu District- Banda. The bail application of the applicant has been rejected by Sessions Judge, Banda, on 08.04.2025. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that the applicant and co-accused has committed murder of brother of the first informant. It is further alleged that the maternal uncle (mama) of the first informant has seen the deceased along with the accused persons at 9:30 p.m., when they were going to the school and in this regard
