FIR of the present case was lodged on 19.11.2022 against applicant and five others and according to the FIR on the call of co-accused Rakhi, son of the informant on 18.11.2022 at about 10.00 PM in the night had gone from his house and thereafter co- accused Deepak, Sachin, Karua @ Mahesh, Bhura (applicant) and Ram Prakash committed his murder. 4.
