The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Premveer Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.345/2025, under Sections 115(2), 109(1), 127(2) BNS & 5/27/30 Arms Act, Police Station Tappal, District- Aligarh, during pendency of trial. 3. Learned counsel for the accused-applicant has submitted that t he applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has committed no offence. The present first information report has been lodged by informant in counter blast of the case being Case Crime No.348 of 2025, which has been registered by the brother of the applicant.
