This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Aman, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 118 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Rura, District- Kanpur Dehat. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that due to some hot talks arose between the parties, the accused-applicant along with other named persons entered the house of the informant and attacked his mother, father and uncle due to which they sustained grievous injuries and subsequently mother of the informant died. 4.
