The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Arif Khan with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chhawani, District- Basti, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in only one criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. Apart from one case, the applicant has criminal history of one more case explained in supplementary affidavit in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
