This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Dasharath Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 71 of 2025, under Section 70(1) B.N.S., Police Station Khesharaha, District Siddharth Nagar. 4. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 02.05.2025 by the victim against the applicant and Arvind Singh @ Lalla alleging therein that around a month back she had come to the house of her brother-in-law Dasharath Chauhan along with her two children to take care of him.
