The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vrijendra Tiwari with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2025, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chhawani, District- Basti, during pendency of trial. 4. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by this Court.
