This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant,Vijendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 154 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1), 190, 191 (2), 191 (3), 115 (2), 352, 118 (1), 109 (1) BNS, Police Station- Atrauli, District- Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 07.04.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Harendra has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 29.05.2025, 24.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23819 of 2025, copy of the bail order
