Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.34 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2) and 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Aung, District Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the named accused person-Abhayraj along with one unknown accused is stated to have shot the son of the informant on 12.03.2025 at about 09:30 PM on the road. In the meantime, the relative of the informant Krishna is stated to have reached there on bicycle thereby both of them had rushed the injured to hospital, whereby the deceased succumbed to the injuries. 6.
