This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rahid, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 61 (2), 103 (2) BNS, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Aligarh. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 14.04.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Waseem has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 01.08.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 24022 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced by learned counsel for the applicant is taken on
