Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the FIR has registered against the unknown accused-persons. There is no specific role and involvement of the accused applicant has been assigned in the FIR and case diary. During the investigation, name of the accused applicant came into the light on the basis of the statement of informant (mukhbir) after six months of the incident.
