Hon'ble Sanjay Kumar Singh,J. 1-Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate representing the State of U.P. 2-The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 95 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 317(2) B.N.S. and Sections 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Bahriya, District Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 3-As per the prosecution case in brief, complainant- Shashi Kumar Mishra has lodged an F.I.R. on 20.05.2025 for the alleged offence under Section 309(4) B.N.S., 2023 against unknown person alleging inter-alia that he is an employee in Mahindra Kotak Bank. On 20.05.2025, due to some official work, he came to the house of Shailesh Kumar, situated at Prayagraj. After the collection, he has total collection of Rs. 85,700/-. F.I.R. also alleges that when he was returning, two unknown perso
