This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant,Shiv Shankar, seeking enlargement on bail in Session Case No. 543 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 385 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1)/ 61 (2)A/ 103 (1)/ 3 (5)/ 238/ 3(5) BNS, Police Station- Chaubepur, District- Kanpur Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 01.01.2025. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Anuj Kori @ Anuj Kumar has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by orders dated 10.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 23808 of 20
