No.16 of 2022), under Sections 8/21, 25, 29 N.D.P.S. Act, Police Station Ata Jalaun, District Jalaun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent he has been falsely implicated in this case. There is no reliable evidence against the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 28.10.2021 (more than four years). No witness has been examined by the trial court till date.
