This bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 has been filed by the applicant- Ramu, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No. 129 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)F B.N.S., Police Station Etmadpur, District Agra. 5. The first information report of the present matter was lodged on 29.03.2025 by the victim against the applicant alleging therein that she had gone to the house of her sister and was returning to her matrimonial house on 23.09.2024.
