The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Hardeep Sharma with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.484 of 2024, under Section 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station Mawana, District Meerut, during pendency of trial. 3. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in two criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from the two cases, the applicant has criminal history of four more cases explained in bail application in which he has also been enlarged on bail.
