The present bail application has been moved by the applicant- accused Shanu Alias Shahnawaz for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 318(4), 336(2) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act in Case Crime No.92 of 2025, Police Station- Mainather, District- Moradabad. 2. Sri Shiv Prakash, learned advocate appears for applicant and submits that the matter pertains to police party firing, wherein accused has been languishing in jail since May, 2025. There is no independent witness of the alleged incident. There is criminal history of 5 cases to the credit of the applicant and in all the cases, the accused-applicant is on bail. 3. Per contra, learned AGA opposed the bail application and submits that the applicant has criminal history of five cases. 4.
