The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused Sudhir Kumar Yadav for the offence punishable under Sections 2(b)i, 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.204 of 2024, Police Station Mehnajpur, District Azamgarh. 3.
