This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Abrar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 544 of 2024, under Sections 103 (1), 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 3 (5) BNS and 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Swar, District- Rampur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 06.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Mohd. Ahmad @ Mulla and Gufran have already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by orders dated 18.03.2025 and 24.06.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application N
