The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused for the offence punishable under Section 3(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.148 of 2024, Police Station Duddhi, District Sonbhadra. 2. Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that only one case has been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. In paragraph 11 of the bail application, it has been stated that apart from the case mentioned in the gang-chart the applicant is also involved in one case and in which case, the applicant has been acquitted.
