This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Vimlesh Devi, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 32 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 333, 352, 351(3), 190, 191(2), 191(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Saifai, District- Etawah. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that on 19.02.2025, some named persons entered the house of the informant and started beating her son, Rahul @ Shani (now deceased) aged about 19 years and caused him severe head injury and escaped after giving life threat. 4.
