This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Pooja Gond, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 359 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3(5), 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Sarai Inayat, District- Prayagraj. 3. There is allegation in the First Information Report that on 08.12.2024, the applicant along with one named and some unknown accused persons has murdered the brother of the informant and threw his body into Lilapur Khurd Kachhar. 4.
