This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Neelam Devi seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 4 of 2025, under Sections 191 (2), 103 (1), 238 (A) BNS, Police Station- Thariyaon, District- Fatehpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 06.01.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co- accused, Kamlesh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail of by the Bench of this Court by order dated 11.07.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 23002 of 2025, copy of the bail order produced
