This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sunita Chaursiya, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 185 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Deogaon, District- Azamgarh. 3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that on 29.05.2025 at about 09:00 pm, the younger brother (the deceased) of the informant went to the shop of Kali Chaurasia for purchasing some article, at that time, shop owner Sanohar and Manohar, Sarvesh and his mother were quarreling and after the fight the accused-persons hit the brother of the applicant with a sharp edge weapon on his chest due to which during treatment he died. 4.
