The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused for the offence punishable under Section 3(1), 2(b)(1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.142 of 2025, Police Station Dhanghata, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 2. Sri Shashi Dhar Shukla, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that there are two cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. In paragraph 11 of the bail application, it has been stated that apart from the cases mentioned in the gang-chart, the applicant is also involved in one case and in which, he is on bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3.
