The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Lal Singh with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under Sections 103 (1) B.N.S. Police Station-Hathgaon, District-Fatehpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 15.03.2025. He further submits that first information report was lodged by the first informant that a telephonic information was given by one Jhallar Yadav, to the first informant, who informed him that the brother in law of the applicant namely Rambaran Singh, was murdered by any one while he was sleeping on his Tubewell.
