This bail application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant-Asif Khan, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.73 of 2025, under Sections 64(2)(m), 351(3), 115(2) BNS, registered at P.S. Nautanwa, District Maharajganj. 4. Learned counsel for the State states that he has received instructions in the matter for which he had prayed and was granted time on 16.7.2025. 5.
