The present bail application has been moved by the applicant accused for the offence punishable under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 in Case Crime No.186 of 2025, Police Station Jamuna Par, District Mathura. 2. Sri Himanshu Mishra, learned counsel appears for the applicant and submits that there is two base cases have been shown against the accused-applicant in the gang chart, in which he is on bail. Apart from the cases mentioned in the gang-chart, the applicant has no criminal history. The accused-applicant is not convicted in any case. He is languishing in jail since 04.06.2025. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer for bail, but conceded that the cases shown in the gang chart, the accused/applicant has already been granted bail. 4.
