Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 212 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2) of BNS, Police Station - Jhangaha, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY:- 4. The applicant and other family members had an altercation with the husband of the informant, Samjaan Ali (now deceased) over the erection of a wall which was demolished during the day. 5. On 03.05.2025 at 01:00 PM, the applicant and other family members are stated to have assaulted the informant and other persons, causing grievous injuries to three persons in all whereby the husband of informant had succumbed
