The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.167 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, police station Harduaganj, district Aligarh during the pendency of trial. 3.
